This place is number 1 for good reason!
I know it's "just pizza" but it was damn good pizza!
Fast and friendly service, the only thing is it's in the casino part of the plaza hotel where you can smell the stench of cigarettes and booze, and I smoke! I just don't want to smell that when I'm eating.
Good pizza, bad place for such amazing food. -

Updated review
I finally come back after long minute and the menu has completely changed. From real amazing vegan pizza to amazing white pizza they completely changed the menu. The dough and texture is all different. From 5/5 pizza i would recommend everyone to go to and a must try to cheap dry pizza.
Sadly might as well go to Cicis for all you can eat pizza.

Hadn't been here in 2 years. Always made it a point to come here & even started bringing whole pies back to L.A. on our way home. THEY CHANGED THE WHOLE MENU & RUINED THIS PLACE. I'm fkn heartbroken. No more 'Soho', no more 'White Chapel'...just cheaper, watered down replacement recipes that folks who don't know better are somehow raving about.
Prolly just influenced by older 5 star reviews & imagining that it lives up to expectations that it actually no longer can.
This is truly heartbreaking. Gotta find a new vegan pie as they ruined the perfect one here (used to be a highlight of every Vegas run). -

I like a lot about this pizza. Pop Up Pizza does taste extremely good, as in maybe the best in the city. There's one thing about it I really don't like. It's pretty obvious just by looking at the menu what this is. This is an exquisitely put together pizza so you get what you pay for, and you pay a premium.
A lot of crappy pizza can be found on Fremont. A few places are actually good, but these are far outnumbered by the bad ones. Skip those terrible pizzas sitting in the windows. Come to the Plaza Hotel and Casino. Yes you heard that right. It's one of the dumpiest casinos in downtown, but they have the best fucking pizza according to many here. This is located near the casino floor, so you can play during the wait. Slices are about $5 each. The whole pizzas can cost you about $18 to $26. It sounds ridiculous. Thankfully the slices are massive, so you do get a lot without having to get a whole. I really liked the SoHo. This is vegan. It comes with artichokes, peppers, and spinach. They pile it on thankfully.
I'm not sure if I would get this again. It's good but just costs too much. This is host for a special occasion but not all the time. -

Last night ordered food and some ice cream two scoop, I did not get two scoops of ice cream. Lady working at counter also questioned the two scoops of ice cream,, but employee said I did get the full two scoops. I assume that customer is ALWAYS wrong , they are not going to go out of business shorting my on scoops of ice cream but customers know. It's just not honest.
